She is the Founder and Curator of E-WOW Glocal – The Extraordinary World of Women, a global leadership platform that celebrates, connects and empowers entrepreneurial, enterprising and extraordinary women across industries, institutions and communities. The platform brings together leaders through magazine, digital content, leadership summits, research initiatives and global networks to amplify voices and create new opportunities for women leadership.
Tanuja is also the founder of BRICCKS (Blue Ribbon Integrated Coaching, Consultancy and Knowledge Solutions), a consulting and knowledge organisation that works with institutions, professionals and organisations on leadership development, strategic initiatives, training and knowledge platforms.
With experience across consulting, conferences, institutional partnerships, training programs, and knowledge initiatives, she has been actively involved in building platforms that encourage dialogue, collaboration and leadership development.
